25th February 2011

On Wednesday morning I had my first physiotherapy session.  It felt like it was never going to end although I was actually in there for 50 minutes.  My back was very achy for the rest of the day.  It has been easing up since then and I have been keeping up with the exercises.

The past couple of weeks have flown by and my mood has been up and down.  The lack of sleep hasn’t helped matters either as I have been feeling exhausted most days.   I am feeling better in myself though which is a relief.  There is nothing worse than feeling depressed all the time.

About Philippa

I am married to Rick and we live in a small town in County Durham. We have two dogs, a cat and two budgies. I am also an adoption survivor. In 1981 my son was born and I was then forced to surrender him. It took 23 years and reunion for my to find out that my son's adoption was legally known as a forced adoption and illegal but social workers got away with it because mothers didn't know their rights.
